Day #2 - Legs
Notice: Every rep of every set is performed with the absolute absence of momentum. Momentum is an outside force that aids your in the lifting of a weight, thus reducing the force of the muscular contraction needed to successfully complete a rep. In physics, work is defined as the product of force and distance, and as athletes our goal is maximize the amount of work we do in order to obtain the best results possible. This can be accomplished by applying the greatest possible force over the greatest possible distance. Range of motion is key.
Red indicates a super set
Underlines indicate an increase in either weight or reps since the previous session
Italics indicate a rest pause set; 10 deep breathes in between intervals

Thoughts:
Mesomorph hit me really fast today, seemed like a matter of minutes really. For those curious too, I'm not taking this on an empty stomach per the directions either (I take it about 30 minutes after consuming food) and the effects are very profound and come on quickly. So don't fret if the empty stomach thing turns you away from it. Energy levels were really high again and definitely sensed an increase in aggression. As I said yesterday, it seems as if the more exhausted i get the more I want to keep going. I can distinctly remember getting mad at myself for wanting to quit short of my goal during some sets, and it motivated me to keep going. I couldn't even raise myself out of the leg press after my first super set today, had to sit there and wait for the burn in my legs to subside. I'm definitely experiencing a sense of well being from Mesomorph as well, which seemed to help me stay focused during the workout today. Left a trail of sweat every where I went today too, so there seems to certainly be a thermogenic effect going on here. The pump in my quads when I finished up on the leg press was crazy, I could barely walk just from the sheer amount of blood in my legs. I met every goal I had for the workout today and even felt like I could have went heavier on the calf raises (going to me maxing out the machine next week I think), so I'm extremely pleased. Have to get ready for work now, and still feeling great!
Let me know if you have any suggestions for making the workout easier to follow. You'll notice I do a lot of back and forth with pre-exhausted super sets (more so on Mondays), so I tried to make that as clear as possible. I've got a brand new workout planned for Monday that I'm excited to try, will be hitting chest, back, and abs."The gym became an arena where I had the opportunity to be a hero" - Mike Mentzer

lol, yeah the underlines will be ever present . I work my ass off to insure that I increase in either weight or reps every workout....constant progress. It's probably also worth noting that my rep numbers in each set arn't just pulled out of my ass, I work every set to the point of failure.

This is awesome. I want to print this out and hang it all over my gym. And just watch peoples heads drop in shame.
This is a great reveiw thus far. It completely made up my mind to get this for next cycle. Considering it stays strong for quite some time. Much more than just a stim pre wo mix. Awesome job RxAJ. I'm glad you got picked over me because I don't think I could do this product as much justice as you are. Can't wait to see blueboys review.I got big by re-racking your weights....
RESPECT
I like to pre-load all of my supplements for 2yrs before lifting seriously. I feel so vascular and the pumps are INSANE!

Day #3 - Heavy Bag
Taste Testing:
I mixed one scoop of Mesomorph with the 12oz of water today to see if I could remedy that sour kick I was talking about. It made a rather significant difference to my surprise. The result was a much smoother taste, but still with a slight kick at the end of each sip...much more tolerable though. As of right now I'd recommend the 12oz over 10oz to most people. Was rather enjoyable to drink really.
The Workout: Heavy Bag/Cardio
Did the same ten rounds as Wednesday with the same intervals but kept a much steadier pace this time instead of gassing myself out early. I did some unplanned calisthenics (push ups and pull ups) during my "rest" periods today. Nothing too intense at all, but I just felt the need to keep working even though I'm usually more then happy to rest for the full 1.5 minutes between rounds.
Thoughts:
A pattern of sweat, aggression, and drive is becoming very evident. I'm including a picture today of me sweating my ass off after the workout, but the ****ty lighting doesn't really do justice. I'll try for another picture on Monday if I get some sick pumps going on. I'm thinking these heavy bag workouts are going to be a good way to track any increase in muscular endurance throughout the log, as I should be able to gauge that rather well based on how my shoulders feel after throwing hundreds of punches. So I'll be keeping an eye on that since my resistance training is kept to low reps for the most part. I've got the whole weekend now to rest and recovery before I go back into the gym on Monday to declare war on my upper body.
No homo please and thank you
