    1 net carb soy milk

Its called soy slender soymilk, it comes in cappicino, vanilla, and chocolate flavor. The chocolate is phenominal (suprisingly sweet w/ no splenda) The cappicino kinda tastes maple syrupy, which is great for mixing in with heavy whiiping cream and melted pb for a topping on my flax pancakes.

    70 calories in one cup

30 fat calories 5 carbs, with 4 grams o fiber. Now i just have to find a way to make no carb flax cereal

Wal marts even carry this now. I bought some there not too long ago. I'll use it and add a scoop of whey to it post workout makes it like having regular milk but keto friendly.

You can always try the Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk. It's got 3 net carbs in it and I don't believe any artificial sweeteners.
