    Green tea

    Will drinking regular brewed green tea promote the same "fat loss" ability as the supplement in many fat burners, or does it have to be the actual extract in pill form?

    Yes, but you would have to drink alot of green tea to get the amount of EGCG and total polyphenols that is extracted in the capsules.

    Capsules are generally more concentrated. One capsule of our Green Tea has the EGCG of two cups of brewed Green Tea. However, ours has much less caffeine than brewed tea.

    How much is a lot? How do I find out the EGCG content of a cup of brewed green tea? Also, how much do I need?

    Who are "you"?
    That can vary with the quality of the tea, amount in each preparation, bagged vs. loose leaf, how it's brewed, etc... you can find numbers all over the place, but on average it's been reported to be ~75 mg/1000mg of tea, with decaf generally containing less.
    It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
