Good call on spanish? was the requires or just an elective to take? Dont struggle to put yourself through that junk if you do not have to. My brother goes to some steelers games, if he does not take his g/f to one game and you happen to be there it would be an honor to meet you bro.

One other thing i noticed in your shoulder workout, is that you did shrugs first. Try sticking your complex first and foremost such as the DB overhead press.

I would only suggest doing some kind of pre-exhaust for a lagging bodypart such as your chest. I know you struggle with it, so try some high rep/low weight cable crossovers or DB Pullovers to loosen it up on your next chest day then go into some heavy bench.

All right, good to know. I'll be waiting for this as I'll be running most of these exact products (minus the Bold) somewhere next year (around March maybe)... Always appreciate getting honest feedback and experience from people I "know".

How's school, work and family these days?

School = cake. My Medical Term II class is all online, teacher gives us the 1st half of the semester's work and it's due Mid October. Then she gives us the 2nd half, and it's due mid December. Work at my own pace, all online, etc! I ended up dropping Spanish, because I didn't need it, and it was far too hard...replaced it with Sport Nutrition online...same type of deal, hardly any homework...and stuff I'm fairly familiar with. Composition II, is the only actual class I have to go to, and it's all discussion / writing papers! Next semester I start Radiology School, so that should be interesting.

Work = Work

Fam = Kid is getting big, he's 15 months...and ahead of schedule in everything. He's in the top 95% for his height, and top 75% for his weight. Needless to say, a pretty big kid at this point Still looking to close on our house this month...been a pain in the arse honestly.
