Weeks 1-4
Havoc 30/30/30/40 (Wake Up, 4 hours later, 4 hours later)
Bold 800mgs/day (Wake Up, 3 hours later, 3 hours later, 3 hours later)
BCS Cycle Stack (Lunch Time)
Fish/Flax Oil (Lunch Time)
Taurine (on hand if more is needed)
Weeks 5-8
Bold 800mgs/day (Wake Up, 3 hours later, 3 hours later, 3 hours later)
BCS Cycle Stack (Lunch Time)
CoQ10 100-200mgs/day (Lunch time)
Fish/Flax Oil (Lunch time)
Taurine (on hand if more is needed)
Weeks 9-12
Nolva (Wake Up)
Primal Male as suggested (Wake Up)
CoQ10 100mgs/day (Around lunch time)
Fish/Flax Oil (Around lunch time)
Creatine 5g (Post W/O)
Other supplements I will be using the entire time:
BCAAs = Xtend (Post Workout)

Many of you know me from posting around, but then again I have to be careful around here with details due to my position here. I?m currently 5'11" and 183lbs, looking to obviously get bigger. My ultimate goal here is to get as many PR's as possible, and get over 200lbs. I have taken a lot of supplements in the past, and started lifting seriously around February 2006. I've done quiet a bit of research, and put a lot of effort into this entire cycle. Been pretty excited to get it started, but wanted to make sure everything was right.
My current routine is pretty basic, and I've used it for quiet sometime?and will add a few tweeks to it as I go.
M - Chest / Abs
T - Bis / Tris
W - Back / Cardio
Th - Shoulders / Abs
F - Legs
Sat - Off
Sun - Off

Would like to take time to thank the following people for everything leading up to this.
_Smitty_ - You have helped me beyond belief. You are one of the most knowledgeable people on this site, and I appreciate all the help you've put into this for me. PP got a great asset in adding you, and I'm sure they see eye to eye about you. I will continue to have questions, and I know you'll be there to answer them and give any help/guidance I may need.
Rodzilla01 - Glad I could be one of the first people to try out this Cycle Stack. After discussing with a few others, this product seems to be hands down one of the most complete stacks out there. Glad to have the opportunity to put it to the test!
Surive123 - Glad someone out there would hook it up with some Strawberry protein! HAHA Hopefully this will get the word out that this IS one of the top Strawberry proteins on the maket! I've tried it before and love it, glad to be adding it to this run!
SportPharmaMike - Was looking for a solid Multi, and you were first to jump the gun! Appreciate the quick response, and the ability to let me give this ago.

- Day 1 can't really judge anything yet obviously. Starting slow for the first week, just to get back into a steady flow then time to get serious.
- Been eating a ton, I plan on logging most everything into a FitDay (I started today), but lost track 1/2 through haha.
- Most everyone knows how little the Havoc pills are, so they are pretty easy to swallow...same with the Bold capsules. The BCS Cycle Stack pills are enteric coated, and go down smoothly. They aren't very big either...I'll get a pic up to do some justice.
- Been drinking a ton of water as well.
- Also swamped with Anatomy homework, so this is still a work in progress!! Thanks for understanding!

epi didnt do crap for me, 19-Nor/ C19 pretty much changed my life. insane strength gains and a mental strength ive never felt before. epi cut me but thats about it.
