Team up for Craig Capurso's 30 day challenge?

    Link if unfamiliar: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/30-d...t-trainer.html

Haven't posted on here in a couple years but this site helped me change my lifestyle and lose about 80 lbs back when I joined. About to start my first serious cut since then although I've lifted somewhat regularly since.

I'll be starting this on Sunday. I'm living overseas for the summer so I don't have a workout partner. I'm currently at right around 13-15% and would like to challenge myself to complete this program (21 y/o 6'1 ~175 lbs). I'm pretty experienced but haven't done a consistent program in a while. I'll also be making a log when I begin.

    Who's down?

Just did the calorie calc. Says I should start at 3400 cals and over 30 days I will be lowering to 3100. All the while eating 525g protein per day. Talk about extreme cutting!
    Started 2013: 450 lbs
    Success 2014: 270 lbs
    Failure 2015-2016: 375 lbs
