I'm thinking of adding some fruit to my cut diet * third week right now * probably my last meal of the day is where I will add it . I'm just wondering whats the best kind of fruit to eat or does it not make a difference .

You'd have to eat 6-7 fruits a day for it to have any impact on your diet and your body.
Plenty of micronutrients, tasty, just eat the damn fruit.Workout journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116712111

2-3 portions of fruit per day is fine, berries is your best bet, blackberries are the best, got the most antioxydants in this.
