Well im 15yrs old im about 60 kilograms pretty skinny.I want to get a Ripped/cut body and i was wondering if this would be a good workout/routine.thanks.
Monday=situps/crunches/pullups/chinups.
Tuesday=soccer training
Wednesday=biceps/triceps/forearms.
Thursday=soccer training
Friday=chest/abs/back
Saturday/Sunday=Rest
ps.can someone tell me how much reps/sets i should do and i will be using protein
