I haven't seen many people discussing this lately ...and it's almost the weekend...so what the hell. Don't we all like a good poo tip to start off the weekend festivities?
Yes...adding fiber through veggies and flax and psyllium husks help. But sometimes you need to bring in a heavy hitter. lol. And guys (and ladies), I only know this from having to take one of my daughters to the pediatrician because things were...ummm "stuck". If you can manage to choke down some mineral oil, it lubes up everything and I mean everything...and Voila! Within maybe 6-12 hrs (depending on your own personal situation) you have not only taken care of things... but you also drop a few "vanity pounds." And yes, I know...this robs your body of minerals and fluids because it is totally non-digestable and turns your intestines into somewhat of a "slip-n-slide"...so don't drink it along with a meal or when you are trying to hydrate. And ONLY use in case of EMERGENCIES!!
