    Help - Overweight Need Advice

    I need suggestions on a good workout program to lose weight.

    I do 30 mins elliptical everymorning. I have 55 mins at the gym at lunch. I have 5 - 10 mins for a warm up. So that essentially leaves 45 mins for a workout. I can however workout 7 days a week.

    I'm looking for a workout that can get me in and out of the gym in 45 mins. To be honest I get bored easily. I've done the LL Cool J Platinum workout, I've tried other suggestions from Trainers I know and I can't seem to find one I enjoy.

    Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.

    Diet is more important TBH

    - do you know your maintenance calorie level?
    - do you know what you are eating at the moment - in terms of both calories and grams of protein
    - if you don't know these numbers, don't guess, measure it accurately using fitday.com

    At your weight, you can get away with a large calorie defecit every day - possibly 1000 or maybe slightly more. You must get at least 250g of protein in to prevent muscle wastage.

    Aside from that, choose any weights program and keep doing the cardio.
