i did 12 min of HiTT on one place sprinting kind of motion. But i replaced that with a 15~25 min morning and evening walk with the dog.
Max lifts beginner stats Bw:187 pounds&18% BF
Im am achieving BW weight in lift.

Of course, any activity outside of your normal lifestyle will aid in lowering body fat%, but that also depends on your diet and how much your consuming to compromise with 10 minutes of jogging in place...
Example:
Just to say you have consume 2000 cal for the day = maintenance
10 min jog = 100 cal --> 2000 - 100 cal = 1900 you made yourself small deficit of 100, which will result in weight loss.
extra meal = 200 cal --> 2000 + 200 (meal) - 100 (jog) = 2100, will result in weight gain.
FYI deficit of 3500 = 1 lb of fat.
