BW 203 - plastics, several layers of long sleeve t's thick sweats etc....
Sauna - 20 min
Walked around and layed on bench's etc - 20 min

BW 199 - sweet. going to go try and sleep and drink 20oz of water. Ill go to the gym at 7 and get the last couple pounds then eat like a mad man.

Session 6, Final - It really sucks at this point.
BW 202 - plastics, several layers of long sleeve t's thick sweats etc....

BW 198.5, Got in the car and headed over the Kabuki's. His scale said .1 kilo over. I tryed out his homemade sauna and it worked well! 10 Minutes and I made it. Now 2 hours later, Ive had 128 oz of water and sweet iced tea, allot of fruit and some PBJ toast. I also took a quick nap and starting to feel great! I have a half gallon of penutbutter / chocolate ice cream calling me.....Ben Brizendine

Meet update....
Kabuki put on a great meet on Saturday. It went smoothly and everyone really had a blast. I wish I could have taken a forth though!
Had a good warmup and put on the old 46. It felt a little looser than normal but wt to a one board felt fine. I raised my opener to 605 for an easy jump to 655. Video speakes for itself but I stalled big time.
I decided to put on the new 46 and go for 605 again, no idea if I can even touch 605 because when I went to a 1bd in it on monday 655 felt pretty tight. So I touched it just fine and it flew up. So I decided to jump to 300 kilo (662) Again it flew up and now Im pissed because I know I could have gotten 700. But not bad hitting your 1st and 2nd full range reps in a shirt in a comp. So I ended with a 77lb PR at 198, but I expect another 60lb PR at worlds....
Larsen540 did 2 comps on the same day and won best lifter and hit PR's in both. He went 655 in WABDL in Olympia then drove to Portland and did the APF meet with the rest of the team and hit 672 snf just missed 700.
Everyone else on the Team got lifts in and we all had a blast!
We also learned some new stuff on how to jack our shirts and Larsen tried it with huge results.

BW 215, Felt great to get on a band cycle again. I feel great concidering the wt cut last week and the comp last saturday.Ben Brizendine
