    This is definatly my best one board night ever. That last set was probley my best set of bench in my life. Over 100lb PR.

    I like it. A lot of guys do not any more, but back inna' day, if you could press well you could bench well, while the reverse was not always the case.

    Assassin is doing well with his push press in his log right now.

    So I'm doing a bench only competition in a couple of weeks - been back in the shirt and doing the stuff you told me to last time I was in it (heavy boards monday, full range friday thinking of moving it back to thursday), just with some more GPP and hopefully I'll be able to hit a little bit higher numbers around at least 20 pounds less bodyweight. I guess the point of this post is thank you for teaching me the basics of shirted training lol

    EDIT: BTW I thought you were ranked on pliftingwatch.com back in the day, what is your real name again?
