This is definatly my best one board night ever. That last set was probley my best set of bench in my life. Over 100lb PR.

805 x m (Right at lockout. It came off my chest so fast I thought the spotter picked it up so I stopped pushing)
805 x 1 FREEKING HUGE PR!!!! Best set of my life.
Sauna and BW 210. Sups and Diet are really helping.

First week of Crazy Db's
Good warmup (tries and grip)

135 x 45 (three hand positions on all sets)
135 + 70lb DB's 3 x 3
135 + 90lb DB's 3 x 9
Trisep death - rev close grip full range on bench to failure then add 4 board and failure again.

So I'm doing a bench only competition in a couple of weeks - been back in the shirt and doing the stuff you told me to last time I was in it (heavy boards monday, full range friday thinking of moving it back to thursday), just with some more GPP and hopefully I'll be able to hit a little bit higher numbers around at least 20 pounds less bodyweight. I guess the point of this post is thank you for teaching me the basics of shirted training lol
