Blue Gene - Natural Anabolic Matrix
Designed to help the serious athlete optimize mitochondrial biogenesis, hormone level ratios, and support oxygen rich blood cells during athletic performance and recovery, this stimulant-free formula means more endurance, power, and better recovery without pro-hormones or grey area compounds. No hormones means no post-cycle therapy or other risks associated with exogenous hormonal ingestion. Key Attributes:
* Controlled Release Formula
* Stimulant Free Endurance and Stamina
* Natural Power and Performance
* Optimize Natural Hormone Levels and Recovery
Cissus is a natural, cutting-edge anti-catabolic compound that has taken the supplement industry by storm. While more research is needed on the exact mechanism of its anti-catabolic activity, we do know that the phytoconstituents are active and effective, improving the support of tendons and ligaments (tendons and ligament function is essential for weightlifting strength and form).
Carnitine was added to the formula for its numerous benefits, including recovery from intense training. When part of a CONTROLLED LABS stack / combo you have the ability to train harder AND more often. Users have reported enhanced energy, alertness, and fat utilization leading to a recomp effect. Another mechanism of action may be that carnitine enhances our 100% natural hormone levels during training including insulin-like growth factor.
Carao and Catuaba extracts work in synergy with other ingredients to help the muscles receive more oxygen, improving performance and strength.
Quercetin and Ginkgo Biloba (used for centuries in China) provide a stimulant-free performance boost by increasing oxygen and circulation, giving the serious athlete a unique alternative to stimulant-based products. As a bonus, over time the formula may help support a healthy immune / respiratory system with potent anti-oxidant properties. Sodium Bicarbonate acting as a hydrogen buffer, helps reduce fatigue during training and enhance recovery between sets.... experience jitter-free endurance and stamina like never before.
lcariin, Grape Seed Extract, Griffonia Simplicifolia Extract, Apigenin, Luteolin and Niacin work in synergy to help increase bloodflow, natural growth hormone levels, and circulating levels of testosterone while keeping estrogen under control.
Train harder than ever, push past a plateau, and recover fast.... with Blue GENE!

Now that you've made fitness a part of your lifestyle, treat yourself to Golden GAINS after every workout. Formulated with precise amounts of protein, amino acids, healthy fats, and designer carbohydrates, we enhanced Golden GAINS further by adding exclusive ?super-nutrients? to help support the athletic lifestyle.
The GoldPro protein complex delivers essential and branched chain amino acids so crucial for lean muscle tissue and recovery between workouts. Featuring both immediate and sustained proteins for constant assimilation, now you no longer need to choose between great taste, mixability, and value... get everything you need with Golden GAINS.
The GoldCarb Complex, our exclusive carbohydrate blend, offers the best of both worlds with efficient premium highly processed waxy maize and natural oats for a CONTROLLED insulin response, and great taste, and a good dose of
fiber. As a bonus, this formula may help optimize hormone ratios and combat toxins, post-workout crash, and adrenal fatigue.
The HealthyFat Complex is a blend of healthful fats that athletes consume to optimize performance. It has the potential to help optimize blood sugar levels, enhance cardiovascular health and scavenge free radicals.
The Fruit & Veggie Complex relies on 5,000mg of the best organic fruit and vegetables available. Other formulas rely almost strictly on macro nutrients and ignore the importance of micronutrients in a post workout setting (as well as all day), which is not the case with Golden Gains. Micronutrients are plentiful in fruits and vegetables and help form a solid nutritional foundation that is essential for muscle growth. This complex also helps to convert the body from the ?acidic environment? of most bodybuilding diets, to a more basic one that is needed for optimal lean muscle mass gains and overall health.
For optimal post-workout cellular anabolism, look no further than our GFH Complex. We included crucial Electrolytes and Taurine to work in synergy, keeping your muscles in an anabolic state at the cellular level and for as long as possible. As a bonus, it appears that this complex may even help reduce muscle cramping and unnecessary soreness.
With your health and performance in mind, Golden GAINS delivers!

A Little Background
Here's my app....
Age: 37
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 200
Why do you want to try Blue Gene: I don?t have allot of experiance with supplementation. I have taken NOexplode and Gacik occasionally in the past and had good results. I am very interested in seeing what a good routine would do for my performance.
What is the other supp of choice? My choice of product would be Glycergrow, my workout partner Larsen540 recommended it.
Why do you think this supp of choice is a good stack to Blue Gene? Adrian recommended it.
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I began lifting weights on Jan 1, 2005. I had several joint injuries from years of competitive wrestling (Competed on the US Army Wrestling team, German National team and won the European Championships 1991) and was looking for a way to rehab those injuries and improve my health. At that time I had very high blood pressure and my body fat was at 33%. After 6 months of general lifting and cardio I discovered Westside and became interested in power lifting. I purchased a Bench press shirt and trained on my own for my first competition. I competed for WABDL for my first meet in May of 2006 and set a new Oregon Sub master record of 457 and narrowly missed 495 for my third attempt.
I continued training and 3 months later competed in 2 unsanctioned meets in Portland and Newport Oregon hitting my opener of 545 and missing my subsequent attempts.
In July of 2007 I began training at a local power lifting gym and have put together a team of very talented group of guys of whom 4 others are now competing at a world level. Including Adrian Larsen and as a team at WABDL nationals we took home 3 champions, 2 world records, 3 State records, 2 best lifters and 1 third place finish.
March 2008 I competed in my first SSA meet and set a new Sub masters world record of 567 @ 198. Best Lifter
Sept 2008 I set a new WABDL Sub masters world record of 571 @198. Best lifter
April 2009 AAPF American record of 640 @ a BW of 202. Best lifter
July 2009 WABDL World record of 585 @ 198. Best lifter
Currently ranked # 4 all time at 198, #4 all time at 220 (BW of 202)
I have been representing the SSA in the northwest as the co-chair for that organization recently and put on my first meet in Aug of 2008. We have 3 more meets planned for 2009, including a Charity event in Dec for the Dornbeckers Children?s Hospital the will include several Professional strongmen and local Media.
Short Term Goal: I will bench over 700 this year @ 198 in single ply gear, This will put me #1 on the all time list by over 50 lbs. I am on track to bench 800 next year single ply at 198.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): I have not completed any other logs.Ben Brizendine

they are they best for teaching explosivness out of the hole. They keep you in the grove pretty well so you can just get the wt down then push like hell without worying about getting out of possition.
I did bro. Too much yard work and allot of sun. But great times overall. You?
Pretty common in the powerlifting world. For our light bench day we alternate 3 weeks of chains then 3 weeks of bands then 3 weeks of crazy dumbells. Stay tunned!Ben Brizendine

Good night. Im a little pissed about the shoe thing. I think I would have got 805 or so if I would have just had the right shoes on. I guess that teaches me to have a more positive attitude. You never know how thigs will go untill you start hitting it.
