    Completed 6 weeks of SS, so my 5x3 numbers are:

    Squat: 145-255lbs
    Deadlift: 165-285lbs (1 set, 5 reps)
    Press: 100-135lbs
    Bench: 160-210lbs

    -High bench start due to crappy training programs of past. It's sorting itself out nicely now I think.

    AH! I forgot about -=FLEX=-. I'm so used to seeing him post in the O35 that I forgot he posts in this forum occasionally. His Squat vids are very good; always deep, bar path straight as an arrow.

    Those numbers look very close to mine in almost the same amount of time, Have you started to use fraction plates yet or are you still going strong and adding 5lbs?

    The first stats were years ago when I was just really trying out new excercises with weights I could handle. Been working out for 15/16 months after a long break from lifting. Still a long way to go....
