Looking for a good bulking routine (5x5 pref)

Hey, I am getting ready to get on a massive bulk and I am looking for a productive routine to help put on a lot of muscle mass and bulk. I was looking into some 5x5's like MadCow but maybe something a little more challenging. I am looking for a 3 day split routine btw.

Please post some routines you've used and have got some decent results... Thanks.

Yeah, but it was. You think the Starr 5x5 isn't challenging? That's pretty funny

What are your lifts right now? Given your height/weight, I'm guessing you should be looking at a novice routine, not an intermediate one like the 5x5.

Those are good numbers for someone your weight, but you could probably still get some mileage out of a novice program, especially if you plan to gain some weight (hopefully). And the Starr 5x5 would be plenty challenging for you (or anyone) after the 4 week ramp up period.

If your squat is higher than your DL, you're not squatting deep enough.

    Thanks, I'll probably do that.
