alright just made my own recipe... got a little problems with dryness though...
I followed this recipe but changed it a little bit so that it would fit my macros. here it is:
Heat up 10 grams peanut butter ( i got some problems with this one as the peanut butter wouldnt melt)
Beat 1 egg and mix it with peanut butter
Add half a scoop of chocolate whey
Cook it in a pan with cooking spray
as the topping i used:
10 grams of peanut butter and hazelnut butter.
half a scoop of chocolate whey
Water until desired consistency
It tastes almost like nuttella
As i said i got some problems with dryness... what do you recommend to solve this?

Just made some. Mine turned out really dry. I guess it's the MGN whey protein that didn't work well with the recipe.

Just made it now, was FUKIN GOOOOD!!!!!!!!! .
I made it like this.
3 eggs
1tbl crunchy natty pb (only have crunchy but i love it!)
3/4 scoops of chocolate protein (was scared too much would make the choc too over powering)
about 20ish g of Cottage Cheese (wat was left in the tub).
Mixed it up with a fork. Not the best idea, as the mixture ended up having a fair few protein chunks floating in it, but that was fine.
The result was amazing! I made 2 very thin pancakes, both had a good balance of taste, and the crunchy bits of pb added a bit of texture and taste to it. Didn't add cheese though, just to save calories.
Will do again tomorrow .★★★ I was part of Ultra 2013 Thread Crew ★★★

My breakfast every morning;
1 scoop ON Chocolate Casein
1 cup egg whites
1 egg
tsp baking powder
Cook like a pancake.
Then top with "sludge"
1/2 scoop ON Vanilla Casein (sometimes use Cinnamon Roll flavour or cookies and cream)
2 tbsp Almond Butter
Water for consistency
Some whipped cream and you've got an awesome meal.
Goes well with a big ass coffee.

OK, I just made this (my first try at a protein pancake) and it was amazing! Tasted very pancake-like; almost a cross between a pancake and an omelette. I didn't make the topping. That would be a bit much for me. I just frosted both pancakes with about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Damn!
My totals:
480 cal
60g Protein
22g Fat
8g Carbs
More calories than I'm used to having at once but it was worth it! Going to experiment with it more tomorrow.my journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=130457693
