help suggest a new Stack (stak)

I guess ive finally hit my first road block. What would you guys/gals suggest for a new supplement stack for me? (im a 32 year old male "hard gainer" trying to bulk/mass up) Im currently taking....

    - Universal M-stak (on 2 cans in a row, off cycle for 2 weeks, then repeat)
    - Universal Real Gains Weight Gainer (one shake daily, right before bed)
    - MHP Dark Matter (immediatly after workout, only on "on days")

Ive been doing this supplement routine for almost 1 year now, and have gained about 20lbs of lean mass. Not bad.....but or the past 3-4 months i havent really gained anything, just seems to be maintaining my current weight.

Im thinking of replaceing the M-stak with something else? maybe?

    1 year ago i was 130 lbs (pretty skinny!)....right now 1 year later i weigh 152 lbs (5' 8")....

im taking in about 2,500 calories

protien is about 120 grams a day (consumed via universal real gains, protien bars throughout the day, and my lunch/dinner I try to go bigger on meats like steak/chicken)

im really not focusing on carbs and fats, cause im just trying to take in calories (reguardless of carb/fat content), but i am watching the proteins and monitoring how much i can get in....

    A) 2500 isn't enough...

    B) Your protein intake is a bit on the low side, as well... You should be tryin' to get at least 152g of protein per day, at your weight...

Have you tried just consuming a regular protein shake for breakfast? It gets a quick boost of energy, fast 25 grams of protein, and since it is taken in the morning you can usually have it worked off in under an hour and not be feeling full at all.

Protein early is very important. When you wake up, your body is tetering on falling into a catabolic state. Even if you take some slow proteins before you sleep, the body needs more especially when you wake up.

When bulking, I wake up and have a protein shake right away. Make it up at night, keep it in the fridge. A quick shake and it's on it's way down within 5 minutes of waking...along with first set of vitamins for the day..

    awesome...these are all great responses.

I guess ill get back into the routine of a shake in the morning (Real Gains has 25+ protien whey/casin) in a half serving.....so illl start slow and just do a half serving in the morning, and work my way up to a full one eventually.

so i guess my current stack is fine the way it is then?

    honestly....i have mixed feelings.

the taste of it is fantastic (blueberry)! But the claims it makes....well i dont see the results. Alot of people say it has excellent effects for recovery and you dont get sore the next day after training hard......i however, still get sore every time.

it seems to me like its mostly a hyped up creatine product. If you read the nutrition label, it doesnt really say whats in it (amounts), and they over hype all the nutrition facts with 'fluff and marketing words'....yet they really dont say whats in it, and how much of it is in there per serving.

BUT....for some darn reason.....i still find myself buying it! I almost CRAVE it after workouts! its like they put crack in it or something.....
