Hey I just wanted to expand my BBing knowledge and i know that this type of thread asking for good BB books has been done over and over before, but i've used the search and found limited, outdated, posts. So basically I'm probably a semi-beginner BBer, i've been going at it for about 2 years but not doing it right and all. I only got serious when i took up rippetoe's starting strength program about a bit more than a month ago. So i was wondering (as the title says) what good BB books nutrionwise and/or workoutwise there was that i could read? Stuff like Arnold's BB encyclopaedia - is this too outdated?? Reps for any help.
PS. I'm looking for like up to date recent books. Not ancient stuff that's been proved to be wrong. I don't mind old stuff, but as long as it still applies and hasn't been like debunked or something
