Day 5
The Workout: Off Day
Cardio:
Elliptical - 3miles - 23min
Visable Fat loss:
I don't know if i'm actually seeing fat loss or if the Adrenalean is just makeing me feel good so i feel like i'm losing weight. haha but whatever it is i feel "tighter".
Energy:
I gotta say, more than anything, the Arenalean + Cardio is absolutely fckin AMAZING.
The cardio feels effortless and the runners high is intense!!
Appetite:
Was actaully really controlled today.
Had a great day nutrition wise.
Nutrition:
I ate great today.
Went really low carbs though just to change **** up a little.
I'll carb up soon though. (Maybe tomorrow? )
Water Intake:
Not sure lol
Lots though, but forgot to keep track.
Side Effects:
- Found the first "negative" side effect. ahaha well it isn't really negitive per say, but i'll mention it. Basically the Adrenalean makes me feel like i have to do something, like after my second dose i got kind of uncomfortable just sitting around...

None.

The Workout: Legs
Sled squats
Lunges
Stif legged deadlifts

Cardio:
Stair stepper 20min
Visable Fat loss:
Nothin major, leg definition looked good though.
Energy:
Great kick, got my ass in gear for the morning workout!
Appetite:
Was actually pretty high today :/
Nutrition:
Went good.
Did a clean carb up today.

I'm actually seeing my face lean up! haha
Upper abs are looking better too, now i just gotta get the rest of the 6 pack in.
Energy:
Holy ****. Was feeling kinda down today because i missed my morning dose, so i popped 2 pre-workout and i was BUZZING. Serious i felt unstoppable. I crushed the weights, i was so into it mentally. PR's on a cut BABY!! haha i lovee it.
Appetite:
Missed my morning dose and trust me, i could tell. I was starving. I guess the Arena was doing more on my Appetite then i thought.
Nutrition:
Ate a little too much today
At least i did some mornign cardio!
Water Intake:
2gall
Side Effects:
- Shoulders are slightly more achy then normal from lifting heavy, i figure the LX is starting to take effect.

The Workout: :Legs
Squats - 15 set pyramid (PR!)
Cardio:
Morning Cardio: 15min
Visable Fat loss:
I feel like my legs and chest are looking slightly leaner but lower abs still fattt.
Energy:
2caps - 1 cap
2 pre workout pushes my energy and concentration to the next level. Better than any other pre WO product i've tried.
Appetite:
Two caps in the morning is perfect, seemed cutting my appetite right at the start of the day keeps the rest of the day in check.
Nutrition:
Perfect.
Water Intake:
2galls
Side Effects:
-Knees are pretty sore now (1 day after WO). Shoulders were also a little achy, but overall nothing major.

lol This is actually pretty damn hard to judge seeing myself everyday, but to me my abs are looking a little better and overall i feel like i can see more definition.
Energy:
Seriously, two caps of this stuff is crack.
I've never tried crack, but this stuff is crack.
haha nah but seriously the energy rush is amazing, especially the fact that the energy sticks with you without a mad crash or jitters.
Appetite:
Surprisingly i feel like the appetite suppression kind of grew from day one. When i first started the Adrena it gave my a slight curb in appetite, but now it feels like it really helps out. Maybe its just mental. idk. but its working.
Nutrition:
Good on all three days!

ALSO: since I've been using, most days, 2 caps adrenlean/day I will continue the log until my bottle is done
too bad lx has to end in a few days though...
