Overview: So i got tired of stimulants due to the anxiety, jitters, crashes, and increase in my BP so i said enough was enough and decided to just use non-stims for a while and see how it goes. Glad i did, i had great results and some people think that non-stims dont work well so hopefully this will help open their eyes. I felt great the whole time, loved it.
Weight:
Before: 205lb @ 14%
After: 190lb @ ~ 10-11%
Mood: 10/10 - i felt great the whole time, low stress levels, good energy, and great mood. It seemed like nothing could phase me.
Diet: 7.5/10 - Diet was low carb, maintenance calories but there was def. some cheat days, some days where i couldn't eat well, and some days where i ate to much. I pushed myself to diet as hard as i could but felt i could of done better, sometimes you mean well but just cant take it and have to cheat....i think you guys know what im talking about =)
Fatloss: 9/10 - With the boost from Dicana and the low cortisol from lean xtreme i felt that it was a great 1-2 punch for me. I could eat certain foods and it wouldn't affect my appearance that much, constantly made good gains towards my goals regardless of diet, and a great way to lose weight without the use of stimulants. Will def. be doing this again in a few months.
Strength: 7/10 - Strength and size def. went down but that is typical when dieting. I lost a little strength (5lb down on lift was my average so not bad) and lost a little size but i think i look a whole lot better now being toned and not so bloated so it was all worth it.
Overall: 9/10 - I could of dieted a little better, pushed myself more, but looking back from the previous month i think we all can say the same. I will strive to do better and better, tweak my diet, but this combination of supplements was great. It was truly a treat to get away from stimulants and not have that anxiety or jittery feeling but still make good gains.
Note: Can someone please host and share these photos that i attached. reps! Also, i didnt know i was going to be doing before/after photos until people requested and showed interest so excuse them. Also, the before photos were ~2 weeks before i started lean xtreme and dicana, just got done bulking so i was bloated, and was about 5lb heavier than when i started due to lost water weight. The Dicana/Lean Xtreme cycle last 4 weeks (1 bottle of each) and the after photos were taken 2 days upon completion. Thanks and comments (good or bad) are always welcome...thats the fuel for our fire to do better!

as with any product - start with 1/2 dose and work your way up to full dose. some people cant handle a lot of forskolin but with quality forskolin you shouldnt get the runs or anything. i saw no negative side effects like this from taking the two together and i just finished another cycle of the two together.
