most mines pay on a salary basis.and you work to earn holidays so if you call in sick you pretty much still get payed you just lose a day of holidays. if your a contractor you don't get payed

exactly i went for a trainee position for the job im doing now a few years ago and i was turned away because lack of experiance....ITS A FUKCING TRAINEE POSITION YOU STUPID ****S!! but yeah as far as i know ive got a good chance ive done a month of probabtion already and next week i will find out. if i don't im gunna ride it out as long as possible then go from there.

for a job mate. i doubt a judge will sentance a crim to work at a mine...and im pretty sure the crim wouldn't be allowed on a mine site. have to have all sorts of **** to even enter the gate
