I have also been stim-free for 9 days in preparation for this log.
I am currently running a workout routing similar to this
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=109822611
My main focus is to improve my chest and increase the strength of my chest, hamstrings, and biceps as they are weak in comparison to my back and quads. I do warm up sets before each exercise.

Day 1
So I woke up this morning and my package was sitting on the kitchen counter. I took my first dose at 9:30 with 8oz of water as specified. My weight this morning was 197 but I am a little dehydrated.
My first meal that I jsut ate was 4 large eggs and a turkey burger with 2g of CLA and Fish Oil, about 470 calories and 42g of protein.
I was up late last night talking to this amazing girl I asked out yesterday and only got about 6 hours of sleep, but right now I feel pretty good and awake. We are going out for sushi later today (never had it before) but since I dont know the macros I will eat as clean as I can the rest of the day. My diet will consistently be 2000-2500 calories with 220-250g of protein spread out over 5-6 meals/snacks a day. Water intake will be at least a gallon a day, often 1/2 gallon pre workout, 1/2 intra with my xtend, and 1 gallon through the rest of the day.
heading to the gym in a few minutes for back/bi. just have 4oz grape juice with my creatine and BA. ill be drinking ~1/2 a gallon of water with my xtend and BA intra workout.Last edited by -MSR9889-; 06-17-2009 at 08:19 AM.

so i just got back from the gym and took my second serving with my pwo shake and carbs (gatorade). i had a great workout and only 6 hours of sleep so clearly a sign of good energy. im not feeling any crash but i just took some sugar and my second serving. i might be going back later with one of my friends who i normally lift with. he has a day job so we have to workout alone now.

so we had sushi on our date. did not fit into my caloric goals, but i finished the day with a protein shake, bit more time at the gym with a friend, and a turkey burger with cheese and some tostitos at his house.
total calories without sushi are around 1700. im going to bed nowWe think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.

breakfast today was more of the same. 4 scrambled eggs with a turkey burger and 2g CLA and fish oil.
Gym today will be legs
just wondering, when taking my morning dose is there any reason not to have more than 8oz of water with it? i often wake up dehydrated and normally drink water until i feel like im gonna throw up.
edit: just got back from the gym. this was my first day of 20 rep squating and it wore me out like never before. i cant remember the last time my heart was racing so fast and i was sweating bullets. my second set i only got 5
my abs were also still soar from my last workout so i only did a few sets. my second serving of Lean Rescue is gonna give me a much needed energy boost, i feel ready to fall asleep.
2nd edit: pwo meal was a shake with 25g of protein and 50g carbs from gatorade for 310 calories and im now eating cottage cheese, cocoa roasted almonds, a turkey burger, and 2 g cla and fish oil for 400 calories bringing my total to about 1180Last edited by -MSR9889-; 06-18-2009 at 01:02 PM.

not quite sure what you mean.
so far, the energy i get is pretty clean and lasts about 4 hours a dose. i just start fading right around when i get ready for my next serving and i never get amped or jittery. i just feel awake and in a good mood. i havent physically noticed any real thermogenesis (the only product ive used that actually made me feel hot was a sub q sample) but i sweat like crazy and driving around with my friends they get mad at me for having the AC on.We think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.

We have had some users of Lean-Rescue, report after a few days or so they feel slightly tighter. As time went on their experiences and results were pretty spectacular. This product is most clean and potent. Not saying you will drop 5 % body fat in a few days.Just that some have expressed positive feedback in a short time of use. Lean-Rescue, is not considered a diuretic.

the only reason i wouldnt go back is if i was seeing this girl again and was meeting her around/before then. but this yard work is leaving my whole body sore. its a great workout on its own.
i went twice yesterday, once for my hi rep chest and abs then i went back with my friend to spot him and did more abs and some pull ups. today id like to go back and focus mostly on deadlift and bicep curls and probably do a few more pulls ups or weighted pull ups. might even be biking to the gym as well, not sure yet.
next week im switching to weeks 5/6 of this program
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=109822611
im probably sticking with the same lifting schedule, but i might through rotate the non chest days and only take 1 day off where there are 2 listed in a row but keep my chest day spaced the same (if you know what i mean, kinda had to word it). what do you think? We think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.
