    Thor's post made me realize that my experience of strength loss was compounded by inadequate nutrition. When we work out regularly, we tend to eat a bit more to support our intensive energy needs.

    I was a bit out of sync in my eating habits when I went back to the gym which also had an effect on the amount of weights I could lift. Thanks for the reminder, Thor.
