Bring 1 cup of water to boil
Put this water in blender with a packet of sugar free jello (Raspberry & orange work best IMHO)
Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of ice cubes. Keep blending on the highest setting to whip it.
Now you can have fun with it:
Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein and depending on your taste preferences you can also add:
A slosh of vanilla extract
A bit of heavy whipping cream
Some light, low carb, soymilk if you are concerned about the sat. fat
Eggbeaters for a richer texture
Put it in da fridge and wait until your paitence wears out. Enjoy!

Do this minus the ice and add cottage cheese and a little fat free cream cheese and you get a cheesecake
