Thanks brotha!
Hopefully I'll shed the fat very fast and efficiently! I really don't know if I'll start the nutrition log. I'm not going to lie and say its due to business, because that's just an excuse. It's more of a burden bringing my camera everywhere and that nutrition log is by far the most time consuming one to update (so I'm lazy to do it). Sorry
GREAT strength gains! I'll list some that I could remember on the top of my head. In these 3 months, these are some of the PRs I've gotten. A lot of my OLD PRs were done on my cut, where I often performed 15-25 reps. It might look like a much larger gain than it actually was.
Deadlift:
OLD PR: 295x2.
NEW PR: 315x4
Squats:
OLD PR: 235x5 (Half squats, bad form)
NEW PR: 235x5 (ATG)
Bench Press:
OLD PR: 225x8 (Set #1), 275x1 (I really don't count this anymore... it was 3 years ago and I haven't tried maxing out ever since)
NEW PR: 235x5 (Set #5), 245x4 (Set #5)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
OLD PR: 60x7
NEW PR: 85x4
Dumbbell Bench Press:
OLD PR: 75x8
NEW PR: 100x5
Bent Over Barbell Rows:
OLD PR: 95x15
NEW PR: 175x6
Dumbbell Rows:
OLD PR: 50x20
NEW PR: 90x6
Cable Lateral Pulldowns, Wide Grip:
OLD PR: 115ish x20
NEW PR: 175x6
Seated Cable Rows, Close Grip:
OLD PR: 115ish x20
NEW PR: 175x6
Close Grip Bench Press:
OLD PR: N/A
NEW PR: 155x10
That's about all that is notable, I think.
Thanks
Tomorrow is Day 1 of my cut. Wish me luck!

Woohoo, superb strength gains! Haha, when you diet that bit of fat down I just know you'll look like an animal. Props to you man and don't worry - you lose fat just by eating less; can't say only eating more works for building muscle.
I, too, can't wait to see you at the end of your cut; good luck!
Edit: and oh yeah, I totally get why you won't continue a nutrition log. And believe me, it's not because you're lazy, it's because you're a normal dude that has a life and doesn't want to spend half a day snapping photos of food and then pasting them on the interwebz... Props to having the will to keep it up as long as you did. All good things come to an end.
Although don't forget about us and make one of your constructive yet funny and entertaining review or whatever vids once every now and then.Last edited by tagun; 09-12-2009 at 03:32 PM. Reason: added sth

- Workout partner's workout plan. The jump from the warm-up set to 2 plates on Bench Press really curb stomped me. Incline Dumbbells were great.

Best of luck with the cut, looking forward to seeing the results. Any plans as to how long you intend to follow it; as in, have you set a goal date?
Anorexia dragged me to rock-bottom; watch me build myself back up...
