My suggestion to cut sugar in healthy, pre-sweetened cereal is to mix it with cereals such as bran flakes or cheerios. I mix bran flakes with my favorite Health Valley Organic Flakes cereal and sprinkle it with whey protein, cinnamon, almonds or walnuts and wheat germ. It's sometimes my dessert.

Look at it this way and you will feel better:

    Kashi is a cheat meal.

    Pizza is a CHEAT MEAL
Yorkshireman I: Right! I had to get up in the morning, at ten o'clock at night, half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill and pay mill-owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our dad would kill us and dance about on our graves, singing Hallelujah!

As soon as I wake up it's:

    Universal EAA's Watermelon Flavor

Then about 1 hour later it's:

10 oz. Steak and 1/2 to 3/4 of a Sweet Potatoe

Monster Milk mixed with oatmeal washed down with a can of FRS just as soon as I wake up.

Hour or two later or after my workout, two 3 whole egg sandwiches on Arnolds Double Protien bread.
