1 pound ground beef
1 cup onion sliced thin
1/4 cup water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 green peppers, big rectangles
5 slices american cheese
shredded mexican cheese to just to layer the top of your skilley
Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet; drain the fat completely.
Add the water, bouillon and seasonings.
Bring to a simmer. Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in the peppers; cover and simmer 5 more minutes.
Stir in the cheeses and simmer, uncovered, another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
and then, OM NOM NOM NOM NOM
1/4 serving: 387 Calories; 26g Fat; 30g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 6g Net Carbs
