if youre like me and eating tuna is NOT the high point of your day- heres what i made that if pretty f'n good

non-****ty tunafish sandwich

1 can tuna in olive oil
mix w a squirt of lemon juice and red rooster hot sauce

put that on some bread. not much you gotta do and im eatin one right now. tastes much better than plain can o tuna. Obviously added carbs and a bit of sodium, but for how much "junk" youre adding not a bad trade off for the taste.

I dont understand why people have problems eating tuna :/ Its like 3 forks full if you go right out of the can :/

I stuff a can in my mouth, chew it and wash it down fast with water.

Try tuna with salsa and fat free sour cream over brown rice, that's pretty good.

I just eat the stuff out of the can (packed inwater) tastes good as is. I know salsa tastes good with it as well, or you could add it to a salad or make tuna burgers with egg whites

Mine = 1 can of tuna, 1 TBSP each, greek yogurt, miracle whip, raisins, diced green onions. Spread on bread of choice. YUM.

What kind of tuna are you eating? That chunk light garbage? Try solid white albacore. It is significantly better than chunk light and any other cheap ****.

i just mix some mustard, salt, pepper and, egg in the can and eat it. it taste great
