    uneven bicep problem

I have been lifting since the beginning of october, 5 days a week, but before that I didn't really do much lifting. Maybe some fooling around with push-ups or pull-ups but thats about it.

check these pics out, you can see my left (dominant arm) is bigger than my right. My left arm is of course stronger than my right but not by much they both do the same weight and reps. I always use dumbbells never barbell. Im not sure why but my left has a larger peak.

how do I fix it? i read several other peoples things on here saying to you dumbbells no bars and it will even out but wtf its so annoying its not working.
    thanks for any help

When I first started working out, mine were uneven also. But continue training and it'll even out, mine did. If you use the same weight, the one that's lagging will be put under more stress, therefore it'll change quicker.
    I rep back everyone

not that it fixes anything- but aestetically- the bigger you get, the less noticeable the imbalance will be

When doing dumbbell exercises (alternating dbell curls, etc) always start with your weaker arm. That way its fresher and you can usually get an equal amount of reps on both arms as you will be a little fatigued when you do the reps on your stronger arm.

some people have uneven insertion points and that causes the muscle to grow differently. Unless you're competitive bodybuilding don't worry about it, you're not being judged on your symmetry.
