    Talking Keto Croutons

    Hey everyone,

I've been eating a ot of salad lately but it has been missing that crunchiness that you get witha crouton so i brain stormed and realized that you could use Pork Rinds as a crouton subsitutte. I tried it and it is quite good. I also realized that you can use pork rinds to substitute chips as in nachos, dipping, and salsa.

I'm a fan of adding sunflower seeds for the missing crunch-factor.

They're pretty neutral tasting, hold up to dressing, and have good fats.

I will probably try some rinds tonight, though.
