    Best Sugar Free Maple Syrup

There are tons of Sugar Free Maple Syrups out there and some how they all claim there sugar free and some even claim there calorie free. but i need your input. waldens farms calorie free is sweetened with splenda but we all know the only thing in this world calorie free is water. and you got others that are sweetened with sucralose, sorbitol, maltitol, etc.

im just looking for the best overall syrup nutrition wise that wont spike blood sugar levels

    any suggestions?

I really like Walden Farm's maple syrup, the only noticeable difference between it and Log Cabin is the consistency - it's much thinner. Just tried their blueberry flavored syrup for the first time this morning, it was money.

Walden Farms is pretty damn delicious, and it doesn't have gas-generating sugar alcohols like most of the others.

Stuck at ~10-11% BF for 2 months. Starting carb cycling on June 1st to try to break through that plateau.

you can also make your own syrup maple, just 1tbsp maple extract, guar gum, water, sweetner - blend all.

Get some Steens, brah. 100% pure cane syrup, 100% pure delicious. Good maple syrup is hard to come by in Texas, so maybe someone else could chime in on legit maple brands.

If you are worried about using too much, pour some syrup into a petrie dish and dunk your pancakes. Every bite is at the perfect texture because your pancakes don't have time to sit in syrup and get soggy.

+1 for walden farms pancake syrup. Costco also has a sugar free maple syrup made by Old Fashioned Maple Crest which is good as well and cheap too.
