    Back

    DEADLIFTS:
    8x110

    5x200
    5x242
    5x264New pr
    5x200
Not happy wit htese, checked form and I think I cheated a bit on these which is dangerous. Going few steps back and nailing form down again

    PULLUPS:
    4xbw + 10
    3xbw + 10
    3xbw + 10
    5xbw

    DB ROWS
    7x70new pr
    5x70
    5x70
    5x70
    5x70

    LAT PULLDOWN CLOSE GRIP
    175x8
    156x5
    156x5
    156x5
    156x6

    CABLE ROW
    132x8
    132x8
    132x8

Good workout all in all, not going to max out on deadlifts for a while. Pullups were weak IMO. DB rows went good, and best of the workout I could really feel the muscle mind connection going, could really feel the lats haha hard to explain. 8/10 as deadlift form was nog correct and pullups were bad. However MMC and DB ROWS made up for it

Yeah either way on the deadlifts even if the form is a little bad, for 4-5 months lifting you're pulling some good weight there.

Quite a good workout I must say, went for some higher reps just for a change and that was good. The plate press was a great exercise which I just came up with. Really hits the triceps from another angle, worth trying. The DB's for the chest were good too, as this time I had a spotter to get them up so I could get a nice PR. I am happy. 7.5/10

    Exclamation New plan

Ok so I got a new plan for the summer. I am going on a 5 week break soon, as I have exams and a vacation to indonesia planned(Hell yea ). And I am thinking of cutting down to some good abs. I am at about 14% BF now.\

just a pic of me fully relaxed

What you guys think? Do I have enough mass to cut? I dont want to be very big and bulky, I just want to be "nice" muscular. Also I need to be in good shape for the army and need to have decent running times and pushup times. Tell me what you think about it, and if there are any guys here that are succesful in cutting I probably need some help lol, never cut before.

alright hope to get some feedback on this guys thanks for reading

I would suggest keep putting on size til you're at a solid 200. I do believe thats about the weight where you'd be 'nice' muscular.

Also, 5 weeks off lifting is alot of time, you will lose size and strength in that distance. What you could do is go on a 2 or 3 day split, so you have more time for exams and vacationing.

Not sure about your cutting questions, i cut for about 3 weeks once and lost maybe 5-6lbs.

    Nice workout, and good pr

Well i was recently cutting. I then decided that i did not want to be one of those swole 150 lber's. When i was done cutting i would have been around 155. I have come to realize that i would not stand out with a shirt on and anyways i have a girl. Im putting on some muscle and gaining weight so that when i cut, ill be a swole 170-180lber. Much better imo. Fat will come but stick to what you choose whether it be bulking or cutting. Dont be fickle Either way have self confidence
I rep people in my log.

Not sure about your cutting questions, i cut for about 3 weeks once and lost maybe 5-6lbs.
Yea hmm I got 3 weeks holiday no way I can workout there with weights. In these last 2 weeks I am at home but school school school so yea might be able to squeeze in some time. Gonna be though though

Yea hard decision man, eveyrone on this site says bulk in which I would tell the same if someone my size would ask me. However people IRL say I sould definetly cut soon and dont want to be too bulky.

Well, i'm sure you'll be able to find a gym while you're on vacation, and able to lift atleast twice a weak, even if it's not high volume, it'll help maintain mass.

Just do some upperbody stuff one day, and lower later on in the weak, trust me, if you do this you won't regret it. Even if it takes a little bit of time out of your vacation or schooling, you'll save some of those hard earned muscles.

I doubt you'd lose any fat, unless you're not eating under maintenance. You can still gain strength/size on a 2 day split, and besides even if you don't train hard, it'll still help you maintain muscle.
