    Cut Diet Good-bad?

    meal1

    oats & 4 egg whites

    meal 2

    met-rx supreme whey (1scoop)
    natty PB

    meal 3

    2 slice wholemeal bread
    met-rx supreme whey (1scoop)

    meal 4

    2 slice wholemeal bread
    2 chicken breast

    meal 5 (pre workout)

    potatoes
    lean mince
    mixed veg

    post workout

    met-rx supreme whey (2 scoops)
    1 banana

    (30 mins later) 1 chicken breast

    meal 6 (before bed)

    4 eggs white
    glass semi skimmed milk


    what u think guys

    im 190lbs
    29-30% BF

    looking to lose bout 30lbs

    totals:

    calories: 2115
    protein: 251.7g
    carbs: 174.7g
    fats: 41.7g

    Looks good BUT!! I would start at a high caloric intake.

    2115 looks perfect for me to cut and I am in the low 160's.

    So you being 190 lbs, I think the ~2100 is too low. You may eventually tap out before you are even as lean as you want to be.

    This would obviously be your first cut so before you jump down to such a low caloric intake, I would experiment with a higher one ~2500 calories and above for the first few weeks. You will experience results. Best to reserve the very low calories for when you are ~10%.

    i changed it round now (well i added some almonds lol) hows this look, do u think the carbs are to high now?
