Looks good BUT!! I would start at a high caloric intake.
2115 looks perfect for me to cut and I am in the low 160's.
So you being 190 lbs, I think the ~2100 is too low. You may eventually tap out before you are even as lean as you want to be.
This would obviously be your first cut so before you jump down to such a low caloric intake, I would experiment with a higher one ~2500 calories and above for the first few weeks. You will experience results. Best to reserve the very low calories for when you are ~10%."A man becomes what he thinks about."

i changed it round now (well i added some almonds lol) hows this look, do u think the carbs are to high now?
