I hope you know this is not relaxed. "cold" meaning not working arms on the day I measured. "pumped" as in I measure after training biceps and triceps.

Looking at the size of your back and everything and given you 210 @ 6' i would say bf is around 16%.
Your arms really don't look so close to 16 3/4" bro, sure you're measuring right? measure straight etc?-///M-

Update, been bulking.
6 feet, 230 lbs. No supplements, not even creatine.
Arms, 17.4-5 inches cold, 18.0-2 fully warmed. 58 inches around shoulders, back and chest.
Deciding on doing a 500 test-c cycle?
