Just eat more kcals in teh day.
I've been up most of tonight talking to this girl.
I'm at like 10st 2lb atm btw so dead on 142. Starting eating more, today was tough because of haircut, 2 hr driving lesson then gym then home and leave straight away to go see family 20 mins away so.
I could go get another 5/10g of creatine now, plus some tuna or something but I really feel like just ditching in the bed 2 feet away from me.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116676431

Sorry mate, been abit lazy recently :P
26/06
Squat:

35kg/77lb x5
35kg x5
35kg x4
Bent Rows:

29/06
Squat:

40kg x5
50kg x2
70kg x5
70kg x5
70kg/154lb x5
Bench:
Bar x6
30kg x4
40kg x2
50kg x5
50kg/110lb x4
47.5 x5
Deadlift:
40kg x6
50kg/110lb x4
Pull ups:
BW x5
BW x4
BW x3
Progressed on the squats, PR for the 3 full sets at 70kg, bench sucks as usual, deadlifts were light last WO because of having abit of a sore lower back still.
Plus still not gaining weight, even though things seem to be going up. Diet definatly needs sorting out, but it's abit of a bitch cooking all the time when it's so hot.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116676431

Squat:
40kg x5
50kg x4
60kg x2
70kg x5
70kg x5
70kg/154lb x5
Mil Press:
15kg x5
25kg x4
35kg/77lb x5 (Fail )
32.5kg x5
32.5kg x5
Bent Rows:
32.5kg x5

55kg x5
55kg x5
Dips:
BW x8
BW x6
BW x4
V-Bar Pushdowns:
20kg x8
20kg/44lb x8
So basically, struggled to squat the same as last WO, struggled to press the same for even 1 set, struggled to progress weight on the rows for even one set.
Sucks so so much, still sorting the diet out which sucks, still not really gaining weight, even though I look abit bigger.
Creatine loading went well btw Oli, after afew days could see the difference. Not sure how it's effecting my WO's though, I don't really feel lactic acid anymore mind you. :SLog: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116676431

It's not that I think 35kg is light or ****ty, it's just the fact I failed on the 4th rep of the 3rd set the WO before, and last WO, I could hardly do it for one set, total fail IMO.
Tried to eat alot today but it's just not happened. Woke up at 1pm (11 hours sleep ) and worked from 4-12 so most of my day was busy. Have my driving theory test tomorrow morning so won't sleep as much, but will eat as much as I can, go for 4k kcals I think for a week, see how I go on.
And thanks for the link FN, is that site any better than fitday? Will check it out!Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116676431

I think it has more foods stored in it, and it has images so you know if it is roughly the same. Yea that just sucks on the OH press but I believe it is more of an mental issue than it is a physical issue. You are scared to fail again, just lift and do your best thats all you can do hows the diet atm?

Yes mate, I had a look yesterday and it seems pritty good. Will start tracking from tomorrow, had a very busy day today with my driving theory, which I passed Will post my WO from today later. Wasn't too bothered about it as I know I have to eat more.

An epic 12 hours sleep again last night lol! And I'm one sore biatch today. Going to eat like hell though!
Yesterdays:
Date: 04/07
Squat:
40kg x6
50kg x3
60kg x3
72.5kg/160lb x5 PR
70kg x5
70kg x5
Bench:
Bar x8
40kg x5
47.5kg x5
47.5kg x5
47.5kg/104lb x5
Deadlift:
40kg x5
50kg x3
60kg x2
65kg/143lb x5
Pull ups:
BW x5
BW x4
BW x4
Bi Curls:
10kg x8 each arm
10kg/22lb x7 each arm
Wasn't too bothered about how I did, as I knew I hadn't eaten enought for like a month, and will be picking it up this week.
Squat - I liked, last 2 sets were hard but yeah. Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder.. but no one wants to lift no heavy.. ass.. weight!
Bench - Wasn't bothered with, got all sets out cleanly, will progress hopefully.
Deadlift - Was ok, pushing on hard but I could have gone into physco mode and probably pulled 70kg/154lb x5 after that set, but decided to leave it.
Pull ups - +1 on last couple of WO's so proud with alittle bit of progress.
Only been awake 2 hours and sticking acouple of jacket potato's in to have with some tuna, my second meal. Got to work like 4-12 though. Cya guys later.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116676431
