Lean-Rescue ME!!
Hello, My name is Jessica and I would like to become a tester/logger for your supplement. I am 26 yrs old female, 5'4", 133lbs. I am a mother of one and full time Paramedic. I have been ingaged in my fitness for 9 yrs with the Army and have been serious about lifting for 2 yrs now. I have gained significant strengths with just following a proper diet and consuming whey/amino supplements. My current goal is to cut bf% and gain the ever coveted "cut" look.
Discipline is my greatest weapon.

i can probably update daily. also, i meant to ask this sooner. what other supplements do we need to drop? obviously other stims and fat burners, but im currently using xtend and bulk bcaa, multi, fish oil, whey, casein, creatine, BA, vit C, calcium and CLA.Originally Posted by NPLabs

Please drop any stims your currently using now, so you will be starting with a clean slate. Dont use any stims when on Lean-Rescue. All others mentioned are staples and fine to use with Lean-Rescue. Follow directions on label and you will do great.Originally Posted by -MSR9889-

I hope so. When I do my cuts it's not a slow gradual process. I go full force hard core for 2 weeks, and while doing this I still lifted with poliquins program doing both intensification and accumulation plus a 10 min HIIT after all weighted workouts. Plus long duration cardio 3x a week 2x a day. I was going doubled 7 days a week. Then changed my macros to 30/35/35 and cal cycled with my lowest days being 1700. My nervous system was taxed, halfway through the second week I was a moody bitch, but it worked, I did this stim free. I hated my lack of energy, but pushed through it and dropped almost a whole % of BF. Not that I don't want to push myself like that ever again, but crap it was nasty. 17 weeks now and I have to take measurements for my figure suit soon and need to get some of this fat off with out hindering my muscles.
