Hey guys, finally gonna get started with my bulk next week starting Monday, June 1st 2009.
Diet will consist of something around:
4k Calories
300g protein
300g carbs
100g fat
Since I just started lifting again after 4 weeks hiatus... (soccer tournament in Germany, lots of schoolwork, etc...) I decided to use this week to get back into the groove and next week will commence my bulk.
Today, May 27th, 2009-
LEGS-
Leg curls:
50kg/10 (4 sets)
Toe/calf leg press:
400lbs/12 (4 sets)
Leg Extensions:
250lbs/10 (4 sets)
Parallel squats:
bar/10 (warmup)
135lbs/10
225lbs/10
315lbs/5
Single Leg Leg-Press:
170lbs/8 (4 sets)
