Alright guys.. just got back from my meet. my weight group was 180-210. i weighed in at 192 after eating and drinking. I never missed a lift. I began with 295, 315, and finished with 330. Everyone including the spotters and audience said i could get 340-345 easily as 330 flew up.. however i only needed to beat 325 so i was smart about it I got me a cool medal for winning my weightclass. I was cramping up in my back and i couldnt lift the style i wanted to. You had to keep your feet flat on the ground so it was a little harder to arch and i was cramping. No worries though, next time my first lift will be 315 and ill go from there! And yes, this is with full commands. Start, press, rack! Feels good man. I also did my first 5/3/1 workout which i will post soon.. hammies were cramping on me
    next page! pic coming

Haha yummy! 7 egg whites 3 whole eggs and a bagel.. im still hungry. i was at the gym 4 hours! Thanks a lot bro.

I was wondering about that. Where do i start though? Like how does it affect where i start my first wave? Because i know it says to do like military, dead, bench, squat.. in that order. i did deads today, and i wanted my lifting schedule to be M/t/ tr/ f

yeah ill jsut mess around this week until monday then ill start fresh!

Today i went into the weightroom thinking i was going to max on military then do the 90% 5/3/1 workout for military and its accessories. Instead i ended up doing legs, even after doing ham curls and big stride lunges. My legs were already sore! But i tore it up today, worked on hammies and hip flexibility a lot. Did Split leg bulgarian squats? i think thats what it was, with 135. hard as ****! Supersetted with high knee lunges. Did RDLs snatch grip double overhand w/ 225 supersetted with ham curls. I did Max on military. I got 185, then went for 205 and missed. Ill use 190 as my max. This is with VERY strict form and absolutely NO leg drive. Most people say they do it without any leg drive, but i kinda doubt it. Also did incline bench after, i was already exhausted. 225 4 sets of 6 reps. Then kroc rows, 75x20x4. Im going to have abs by july 4th, aiming to lose 1-2 lbs a week!

Not to mention the added stretch from bringing the bar to your chest is beneficial as well.

Kroc rows 70 x 20 x 4? Brahh, come on, you are much stronger than that. and kroc rows are usually done 2 sets to failure max. And with lots of body english. A big tip I just found out is that you don't put an arm and a leg on the bench, you just bend over and prop yourself up with one hand and use your entire body. Big difference between that and the "kroc rows" you do which are probably strict DB rows.

A big tip I just found out is that you don't put an arm and a leg on the bench, you just bend over and prop yourself up with one hand and use your entire body. Big difference between that and the "kroc rows" you do which are probably strict DB rows.
Haha thanks Louis, i know i am. it really wasnt max effort, it was after i had been working out for an hour and a half, then i had an hour and a half of racquetball, then i decided to go back and do some rows. I could have popped out 40 i believe. Yeah so Kroc rows are like moving as much weight as possible for high reps without straps usually right? I know its supposed to increase grip strength, upper back, and increase your deadlift. I was just kinda ****in around, ill do at least the 100's for 20 reps next time! Thanks for your input bro, i appreciate it

Sure thing! Thanks for the kind words..

Sorry guys, ill start posting more i swear! I ended up getting a terrible virus. Ive thrown up literally over 90 times, and had more diarhea then ive ever had in my life. Im throwing up and pooping up stomach acid. I went 24 hours without eating and i feel really weak. Ive stopped throwing up finally, and can finally sip something without throwing up. Its an extremely infectious virus and i cant go anywhere for 48 hours. Ive lost 6 lbs, even after drinking some stuff. im at 184 now. Im HOPING ill be able to get back working out tomorrow or thursday, but thursday is more likely. ill start working out again on thursday, and ill start the first wave of 5/3/1 on monday. Thanks for your support
