    Clean bulk diet -- any comments?

    Here's my clean bulk diet plan. It's tweaked to suit my tastes. My maintenance cals are ~2400.

    Meal 1 - 2 hb eggs, 0.5cup oats/milk, & 12oz milk

    Snack 1 - 2 hb eggs, 2 p. string cheese

    Meal 2 - 1 chick. Brst., 1 cup brown rice & 12oz milk

    Snack 2 - 3 p. string cheese & 1/3 cup almonds

    Meal 3 - 2 tbsp PB & 2 slices wheat bread & 12oz milk

    Snack 3 - 1 scoop ON whey + 8oz milk

    Meal 4 - 1 chick. Brst., 1 cup veges, 1 tbsp OO & 12oz milk

    Total 2982 kcals

    Protein - 243 - 42.1%
    Carbs - 245 - 42.5%
    Fat - 89 - 15.4%

    (Milk is skim, PB is reduced fat, string cheese is 2% mozzarella.)

    no point in getting fat reduced PB imo. they just fill it up with simple carbs to make up for it

    I actually get it because it's the cheapest PB. Any harm in it?
