Like, if I am working Triceps one day, how many different exercises should I do for that muscle? and how much is too much?
Like usually, I'll do this one day for triceps:
-rope pull down 12 x 3
-Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extension 12 x 3
-bench dips 12 x 3
-bent over tricep extension 12 x 3
-Lying Triceps Extension (Skull Crushers) 12 x 3
is that too much, too little?
Also, let me know if for abs its any different. I used to do about 6 different exercises for abs in one day every two days, and ive been sore for 4 days now since my last ab work out. let me know how many different exercises I should do. A chiropractor told me to do only 2-3 ab work outs a day, and that the abs could be worked out every day.
