double posting in someone elses thread...hope nobody minds it's good stuff. if you've never checked this music out, it can take you somewhere else...
totally different flavor...but give it a try i don't think you'll be disappointed. alot of people do workout to techno/trance, but classical music can have the same effect and IMO more inspiring and powerful. sorry i'm a little too lazy to imbed...
some of this might not seem intuitive...but for long, steady state cardio you'd be happily surprised. focus on it and you're in another place, perfect for cardio.
beethoven..so many good one's to pick from, but you can't quit running on this. start with this.

mozart's requiem, i think this is track #2 on the cd. by now you'll be somewhere else.

dvorak, new world. this will keep you somewhere else. your legs hurt, but you won't feel it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYl4X...4E7443&index=9
beethoven to take you out...there's really NOTHING better than this. once it hits you you'll memorize it, and replay it on your own while your running.

Linkin park - anything from the hybrid theory, meteora or reanimation album is a major motivator.
Slaughterhouse - warriors
Its rap, idk if y'all are into that.
But nothing motivates me more than hearing royce da 5'9" at the top of his lungs saying "Lord have mercy we here to destroy EVERYTHING! You *****s is butter infront a ****in machettie swing!"
Plus its like 8 minutes long so its perfect for jogging or heavybag work.
Already home by Jay z is good too, cuz he's mad confident... "oh they want me to go! Can't you tell that I'm onnnn
Can't you tell that its foolish to try to kill me with sonngss
What the **** are they laureenn?
You killing me softly"
& haters.. "We BALLIN, Beechess, eatin y'all food leavin dishhess"
& lil waynes (tho I normally aint into this guy) last mixtape no cielings isss crazy... his confidence is threw the roof so its always good for jogging or anything aerobic or demanding stamina wise... I like the more intense **** for lifting tho.
