A few songs I've discovered that get me purely jacked up before I start lifting heavy -

Black Betty - Spiderbait
Burn in my Light - Mercy Drive

and the BEST one

Monster - Skillet.
If you can't crank out your last set to this, you're overtraining. Lol.

Running I'll listen to techno, breakbeat etc... hybrid, crystal method, BT, shpongle

Weights I listen to something harder... metallica, dream theater, audioslave, soundgarden, RATM, pendulum... used to like linkin park but they whine a bit too much and throw me off my game.

This is really nice. I listen to "REMEMBER THE NAME" by Mark Shinoda. It's the best for me! it's one of those songs that make you push another extra set

For instance, I dont usually listen to Rise Against, but their songs "Chiron" and "Two Weeks" are amazing when you're in the gym (and would not have known about either song if I hadn't looked in this thread so thanks).
