Just saw this article about music and its effect on boosting T during lifts...keep that hard rock/death metal raging cuz even though research showed it slightly boosted T levels listening to calming music drastically lowered T during lifts.
Stick to music that gets you amped up like no other and tackle those weights like a TRUE BEAST!!!
