Had 2 workout partners today, I didn't go to 24 hour fitness either. I went to a local school gym
My friend pulled 315 on rack pulls, not to shabby!
No pre workout meal/supp today again...and i'm still sick

185x2 (could've done more but I was afraid of losing form)
