    Not going to lift today.
Had a meeting, on which I sat through a seminar about promoting nutrilite products.
So in other words I am technically "Sponsored"

    Delts, and Calves

My body began to tire, but my wheels kept spinning

Ok basically I am going to use abbreviations for this workout because it contains 11 exercises in one set.

    -Seated Dumbbell Press = SDBP
    -Lateral Dumbbell Raises = LDBR
    -Military Press = MP

    Set 1:
    SDBPx5; LDBRx12; SDBPx5; LDBRx12; SDBPx5; MPx40; SDBPx5; LDBRx12; SDBPx5; MRx40; SDBPx5 (No rest, all one gigantic set)

    *Rest 3 minutes*

    Set 2:
    SDBPx5; LDBRx12; SDBPx5; LDBRx12; SDBPx5; MPx40; SDBPx5; LDBRx12; SDBPx5; MRx40; SDBPx5

Calves: All done on the Standing Calf Machine

Standing Calf Machine: 5 sets of 5 reps (Fast reps with heavy weight with 30sec rest)

5 sets of 12 reps (Normal speed, again with 30sec rest)

5 sets of 40 reps (Slow speed, with 1 minute and 30 second rest)

    -Notes-
-Damn My shoulders was filled with blood so much, that I looked beastly xD
