mind over matter... but still, isnt there a point to where your body wont grow and recover with such minimal sleep? i mean, if anything it has to be hindering what could be even more exceptional gains. but i just dont see how you even function.
anyway, how's the japanese life? are there a lot of jacked japanese people or what?
and one more thing, i rest for like a minute or two between sets, is this bad? because i know if i rested for 20-60 seconds only id be dropping my weight to something quite a bit lighter. hmmm. what do you suggest?www.bodyology.me
