ive been hearing good things about HIT(high intensity training) and i wanted to know what your thoughts were on it.
also i'm currently bulking, trying to crazy bulk till like end of summer. is this something i should do while trying to gain mass? because ive seen people on here doing HIT while cutting

depends on your time line.
If you are cutting to reach a specific date, then cardio will be helpful.
If you are going to do cardio, I would recommend HIIT
If you have more than enough free time, a simple diet alone will lower your body fat and you'd worry less about losing muscle.
cardio is an accessory not a mandatory exercise.

pendlays feels like the best way to do rows with free weights. You actually feel the stretch and contraction when doing them. Harder to cheat as well.
I don't do UH rows, i think it's dumb lol
reg BB rows feels like i'm just pulling the weight up, not really feeling the muscles being worked.

And on a funnier note...
I got a set of incline DB Presses with 5 lbs less than your warm up set for that exercise. lol.
I got a friend to stop using straps by getting a pair of straps and using them for everything. That includes: opening doors, writing stuff, biking, etc.
