    kettlebell

    used one for first time last night doing the kettlebell swing

    my back is soo stiff this morning, the kettlebell really worked it big time- mainly the lower part

    anyone else use kettlebells

    lol no , to be honest i actualy grabbed each side of a dumbell to do it as i have ben watching the biggest loswer and wanted to try it

    it felt like it was working my abs but when i woke up my back was so sore- i love that feeling though

    so is it good as an addition to a back workout or whens best time to do it

    You may want to double check your form, your back should not really get sore from kettlebell or dumbell swings. You should feel it more in the hamstrings and glutes. When doing the swings you hinge at the hips while keeping the back flat.

    well i read that it does work every muscle in yopur back doing the swing and it deffo did in mine
