    newbie needs advice.

    i just started working out 2 months ago all natural. im looking for some stuff to take and i just need some advice on whats good. im trying to gain size n strength. i was down to 170lbs in dec n now im 185 i used to be 190 in college when i played lax 2 years ago n i downsized over the past 2 years.i didnt work out then i was just nautrally that size from playing everyday n eating a lot. since i started working out i went from havin trouble doing 10reps with 135 in a bench to doing 205 8 times now without taking anything since i started and i have yet to try to max out. i got stronger n now im lookin for size. soo help me out guys

    X3 and the creatine mono. Thats really all yu need for supplements. The hardest part will be finding a whey you like the taste of. I like ON %100 gold standard extreme chocolate milk and monster milk. but there are a bunch out there.

    I would say f%ck whey protein...get on some good weight gainer like mass-tech, up your mass and get some recovery supplements like MHP Dark Matter.

    The crazy par about this is you will gets some great gains off that celltech and nitro tech because its you first time taking them.

    When starting out you need to get a good comprhensive multi, protein and creatine mono. once you master the basics then add in the more designer products.

    I agree with you...but calories from food are not always available so a good protein shakes is a must! At least if you want to build some muscles...calories from foods on their own aren't doing ****...my personal opinion.

    You can still make a good weight gainer from whey, oats, milk and peanut butter. Tweak it and you can match the macros of damn near any weight gainer without all the extra crap that you don't need.

    That's just bad advice. People were building heaps of muscle long before protein shakes were used. Protein shakes are helpful when meeting protein needs that can't be fulfilled by food due to time or money constraints, but to say that you can't build muscle from food alone is just damn stupid.
